CK Growth Finance is a boutique mortgage and finance brokerage founded by an experienced banking professional with more than 25 years in lending and finance. Craig Kadel – Managing Director & Mortgage Consultant
Craig has more than 25 years of lending and finance experience. Before founding CK Growth in 2013, he held senior roles at Westpac – including Business Development Manager and Credit Manager – which honed his understanding of credit policy and risk assessment. Craig has forged strong relationships with banks and lenders across Australia, enabling him to offer clients a comprehensive suite of loan options.
His specialties include helping first-home buyers enter the market, securing investment properties, guiding property investors, facilitating refinances, arranging bridging loans for seamless transitions and organising residential, car and equipment finance.
Craig meets with clients via video conference nationwide and offers face-to-face consultations for those in South East Qld. He serves on the board of the Chamber of Commerce and actively supports local charities and community initiatives. Clients value his deep knowledge, integrity and dedication to helping them build a secure financial future.

Craig is backed by a highly experienced support team that works behind the scenes to ensure every client receives seamless, professional service from enquiry through to settlement. This includes dedicated loan processing specialists who manage documentation, lender communication and compliance, experienced lending consultants who help structure solutions for even the most complex scenarios, and administrative support professionals who keep every application moving efficiently and on schedule. Together, the team combines decades of banking, finance and mortgage broking experience, providing the expertise, attention to detail and client-focused support needed to make the lending process smooth, informed and stress-free.
